The contract with Capital Association Management (CAM) has been signed. You will start to see some new people around the building as CAM works to get familiar with the building and the Plaza Tower processes. Expect to see an introduction email from CAM in the near future. Please be sure that the email the front desk has is up to date, so you may stay informed of changes during the transition from Castle Group to Capital Association Management.

  1. Frontdesk.plazatower@gmail.com to communicate with the front desk.

  2. managerplazatower@gmail.com to communicate with the Castle transition manager (Alex Carrera)

  3. Front Desk Instructions in Building link – to let front desk know if you are out of town, have vendors coming to your unit etc.

  4. Maintenance requests in Building Link – to report issues in the building and common areas

Transition Manager from Castle on-site: Alex Carrera is flying in from Clearwater each week.
