Transition Update Jan 4, 2025

Capital Association Management (CAM) officially started as the Plaza Tower management company on January 1, 2025. They have sent out a welcome letter and a few "how to" emails. If you have not received them, please contact the front desk to make sure you are "in the system". A few questions that may be rattling around you head:

• Who do I contact about what?

  • Manager - manager@plaza-tower.com for problems with your account, and any questions you have about management issues that the front desk might not know.

  • Front Desk Concierges - FrontDesk@plaza-tower.com, (850) 825-4351 for front desk instructions regarding entrance to your unit by others, letting them know you will be out of town, letting them know you have a new tenant

  • Emergencies, For After Hours emergencies, please call and leave a voicemail 850-544-8571. As a reminder, emergencies consist of events that may cause property damage like access system failures, fire alarms, flood or fires

  • The board of directors - for any concerns about policies in the building or about management

• How do I pay my dues?

  • Logging on to your AppFolio owner portal and setting up a recurring payment via ACH is the best option to record your payment, You may also mail your payment made out out to Plaza Tower to 300 S Duval St. Tallahassee, FL 32301.

• What is AppFolio?

  • AppFolio serves as your hub for mostly everything for your Association. Whether you would like to pay your dues, review your ledger, submit a common area work order request, Reserve the Community Room for an event or even submit an Architectural review request (coming soon) your owner portal is the main location to do so. AppFolio is also available as an app.
