Transition Update - Nov 24, 2024

This is the first of many “transition” updates:

1. Please use: Frontdesk.plazatower@gmail.com to communicate with the front desk during the transition (next few months). This will be forwarded to the appropriate inbox.

2. Continue paying your dues by whatever means you have been doing, until you hear otherwise.

3. Our wonderful CAM, Richard, resigned on Nov 8. So his email will not work. Please use: managerplazatower@gmail.com

4. Alex Carrera, from Castle will be our CAM during the transition. You may reach him by calling the front desk, or by email: managerplazatower@gmail.com

5. Please continue using Building link for front desk instructions, maintenance requests, reserving the loading dock and keeping your contact information up to date.

6. Alex is getting caught up on the building issues. #1 is the lovely smell from the garbage area that is permeating the halls.

7. The board meeting is still occurring on the last Wednesday of the month…the day before Thanksgiving. The potential new management company will be doing a presentation. You should have gotten Zoom link. Alex will be in the community room as well.

8. Please let me know if you are interested in participating on a committee! We have all participation levels. Sometimes we just need someone to read over stuff and tell us an idea isn’t crazy!
